Kitchen is fully equipped for 12 including cutlery, glasses, mugs, crockery, cooking utensils, tea towels, toaster, kettle.

Pool has alarm on patio door (for child safety - actually Florida state law now I think)

Pool heating is extra - but probably not needed except in the very coolest part of the year - was fine in April

Linen and towels are provided ..
